Our 2021 Rose is 100% Syrah from the Black Sage Bench. Its is a pale pink, the result of a whole cluster pressing and spending only two hours on the skins during the press cycle. Our second year working with Syrah for our Rose program has yielded a similar style albeit with higher acids and a fermentation closer to dryness.
