This Syrah shows heaps of black raspberry, cola, wild sage, and spice notes. Will age in your cellar for 7+ years or enjoy now with grilled red meats.
Awards and Accolades
The flavours are black and blue, the tannins are rich yet relatively benign, with a savoury, licorice and leather back end. A slightly fresher version reflects its origin in stony, windy Cawston, where cool overnight temperatures stand up to the warm growing days of July and August. Classy.
